We set up
We arrive an hour before guests, set up in about 20 minutes, print a test with your coordinator, and leave a sign at the bar and on the tables.

Scan, snap, caption, print. No payment at weddings. The light on the case shows green when it's ready, and it never needs a person.

We collect the kit at the end of the night, or the next morning from the venue. The board and the leftover prints stay with you.

How far ahead should we book?
Saturdays from May to October go first, so two to three months ahead is safest. Fridays, Sundays and winter dates are usually open a few weeks out.
Does it work outdoors?
Under a tent or a covered patio, yes. The printer needs shade and a dry spot, and one standard outlet within 25 ft.
Can older guests use it?
If they can take a photo on a phone, they can print. Grandparents are often the most enthusiastic. For anyone without a phone, a family member can print for them.
Do you need the venue's Wi-Fi?
No. The kit brings its own connection, so barns and mountain venues are fine.
What's the deposit?
$100 holds your date, and the rest is due a week before the event. Cancel more than 60 days out for a full refund.
